Each session is created to meet your needs. There are times when a session may go over several minutes. This happens when the body requires more time.

For relaxation and reduction in stress I recommend The LaStone Massage (hot/cool stones) incorporating modalities in conjunction with energy techniques such as Reiki and Singing Bowls to balance to all parts of self.

For headaches, migraines, TMJ issues, depression, head injuries, whiplash and female hormone challenges, I recommend Cranial Sacral Therapy. The focus is on the cranial system of your body. This is very gentle technique and highly effective. In these sessions warm stones are added to heighten your experience. 

Lymphatic Drainage maybe added to any massage. Excellent for improving immune system, supports the body in detoxing, and aids in reduction of swelling post injury or surgery.

Reiki & Healing Touch Therapies are subtle energy techniques which help our body's reduce stress and assist the body's natural healing process. I am a Reiki Master and Level II Healing Touch Certified.
